Informational

New federal accessibility requirements are coming.

Under a 2024 Department of Justice rule, ADA Title II requires state and local government websites to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Municipalities and public entities with populations under 50,000 must comply by April 26, 2028. We help communities prepare well ahead of the deadline, without the scramble.
